Want to help?Don't know how? 1.Use your Consitutional right.Our Members of Parliament are responsible for representing our issues. It is not only our right but our duty to make sure they represent us and be held accountable. Contact your MP and ask them: What have they done to find out more about women's problems? How have they represented women's issues and how will they be representing women in the next Parliament sitting? 2. Join the initiative towards a more fair and equal society for women. Whether you are a woman or a man, speak up and support equal rights for women. 3. Take a look at our leaflets and flyers on our info page. Print them up and hand them out. Share your new awareness. Let's make a change together. 4. Help the women's candiate in her upcoming election campaign You can help in many ways. The campaign team urgently needs more members. We need volunteers to help with leafleting and canvassing. We need volunteers to help during the campaign period and on election day. You can also contribute funds. And if you don't want to work on the Women's Candidate campaign then you can always help WCI with its voter eduaction and other activities. 5. If you are a political party member then urge your own party to run more women candidates (at least 30%) and also to endorse the Independent Women's Candidate. There's a whole lot more you can do.
